Unser Nordic Walking Kompaktkurs (6 Wochen) ist ideal für Einsteigerinnen und Wiedereinsteigerinnen, die sich gelenkschonend bewegen und dabei etwas für Ausdauer, Rücken und Wohlbefinden tun möchten.

Wir trainieren in einer kleinen Gruppe mit 4-8 Personen, damit wirklich jede*r gesehen wird und individuelle Tipps zur Technik bekommt.
